Malang, BUNA - On August 23, 2018 BUNA held a consignment with the theme "Consigning the Regulation of the Chancellor of Employment for Non-Academic Business Entities" which was held at Apple Meeting Room UB Guest House Malang. The speakers in this event were Mr. Haru Permadi SH, MH and Mr. Dr. Aan Eko Widiyarto SH, MH. This event was not only attended by the directors and staff of BUNA, but also the University Legal Product Forming Team (PPHU) and the General, Legal and Administration Team (UHTL).
The focus of this consignment is prioritized on the internal staffing system of BUNA UB. Some of the internal arrangements discussed included employee needs, the authority to appoint BUNA UB employees by the Chancellor, restrictions on employee recruitment, discussion of types or classifications of employees, and policies regarding Tenaga Lepas Non-Profesional employees, contract employees, employees part time, and also regarding student interns. All discussions regarding employment must of course be guided by the Rector's Regulation No. 40 concerning Personnel.
