Evaluation of Work Achievements and Programs through BUNA Annual Meetings

Batu (27-28/9), Universitas Brawijaya Non-Academic Business Entities or BUNA UB held an Annual Meeting on Evaluation of Achievements and Performance Targets for 2021 and Work Programs for 2022. The meeting which was held from 27 to 28 September 2021 was attended by the Rector of Universitas Brawijaya, Prof. . Dr. Ir. Nuhfil Hanani AR, MS., Head of the General and Civil Service Bureau, Drs. Rudjita, Head of the Procurement Service Unit, Arif Hidayat, S.Kom, and Head of SPI, Dr. Mohamad Khoiru Rusydi, M.Ak., CA., Ak.

The event which was held at Lembah Metro Resort, Batu, was opened with remarks and directions from the Rector of Universitas Brawijaya. "Soon UB will transform into PTN-BH. In the future, if this has been achieved, UB will be more independent in terms of finance, one of which is supported by the business units in it. UB's market is not only on campus but also in the general public. In addition, the development of UB Dieng Sport Center is one of our focuses in the future because the land area and other facilities will be more complete there," said the Rector who is also a former Director of UB's Business Unit. Shortly after giving his remarks and directions, the Rector of UB then opened the event and continued with the direction of the President Director of BPU, Dr. Sihabudin, SH., MH. Which is then filled with material by the Head of General and Personnel Bureau, Head of ULP, and Head of SPI.

In the second session, the Director of BUNA, Dr. Anthon Efani, MP., gave motivation to the participants who were attended by General Managers and Managers of BUNA business units, about 4 area scale-up and Habits of Highly Effective People. In the evening session, GMs and managers presented their achievements and work programs in 2022 and what strategies were achieved for this 4th quarter, from October to December 2021. The second day of the Working Meeting was filled with entrepreneurial motivation from Ir. M. Soleh who is also an alumnus of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya. From this Working Meeting, it is hoped that the BUNA business unit will be more motivated and enthusiastic in achieving performance targets even during this pandemic. The event was then closed with a question and answer session and a group photo.
