Socialization of Health Insurance for Tenaga Lepas Non-Profesional Employees of BUNA

Malang, BUNA (21/8) held socialization of health insurance for Tenaga Lepas Non-Profesional (TLNP) employees. The event is filled directly by the Director of UB Clinic, dr. Fida Rahmayanti, MMRS, explained what health facilities TLNP could obtain. Held in the Wora Wari Griya Brawijaya Room, this event was attended by all TLNP BUNA, totaling approximately 100 people from 6 different units, Griya Brawijaya, UB Guest House, UB Canteen, UB Sport Center, UB Media, and UB Coffee.

UB Clinic has various health facilities. Among them are general poly, dental poly, maternal and child health poly, aesthetic poly, nutrition poly, one daycare, minor surgery, and pharmacy. For UB students, using the facilities at the UB clinic is free of charge. Employees get a 20% discount, while BPJS cardholders with UB clinic health facilities are also free.

In this event, it was also discovered that quite a lot of TLNP employees do not have health insurance, either BPJS or other insurance. Hearing this, UB Clinic cooperates with BUNA to provide health insurance services for TLNP. There are several options, namely BPJS registration, premiums, and claims. For BPJS, participants who participate cannot be only one person but must be all members of one family card. For the premium system, TLNP will be subject to a monthly medical fee discount, and several health facilities are provided. As for the claim system, TLNP is free to use health facilities at UB Clinic, and later the fee will be billed to BUNA.

With this health insurance socialization, BUNA hopes to increase work spirit and enjoy health facilities at UB Clinic if it is necessary. At the end of the event, the Vice President Director of BUNA, M. Kholid Mawardi, Ph.D. expressed his appreciation and gratitude to UB Clinic for the explanation given and hopes to cooperate with UB Clinic in the future.
