Malang, BUNA – Badan Usaha Non Akademik (BUNA) held Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama jajaran general manager along with the staff of each BUNA business unit in the meeting room of Arjuna 2 Hotel Swiss Belinn, Tuesday (3/4). The event was attended by representatives from business units from UB Sport Center, UB Kantin, UB Guest House, Griya Brawijaya, UB Media, and UB Ecogreen Recycling Plaza. The FGD discussed the Performance Report of each BUNA business unit in the first quarter of 2018 and discussed the preparation of BUNA's revenue and expenditure SIREKA in 2019.
The event opened with Dr. Anthon Efani as BUNA Leader and continued with the seminar Commitment to Excellent guided by Dr. Leo Herlambang. This seminar aims to raise the spirit of BUNA staff and their business units to be committed to the company so that they can create a good and extraordinary work environment. The next material is filled by Ir. Purnomo, Director of PT Matahari Sakti who shared his experience while working in multinational companies until he quit at the age of 40 and then turned to a small company in Surabaya to become the 5th largest feed mill in Southeast Asia.
In the Performance Reports of each business unit, the income of several units declined in January, due to the university holiday. However, in February and March, income stabilized again. At the end of the event, Ubaidillah, SE., Ak., SAS., CA., CPAI. as Director of Governance and Finance of BUNA, explained the details of how to prepare Sireka for each business unit for 2019. It is hoped that representatives of each unit will prepare and collect Sireka as soon as possible to allocate a budget with good governance.
